As we're in the mood - as it were - to wax lyrical on our 2011/12 season it falls upon me to let you know that our production for March 2012 will be Iolanthe.

Ah yes, but it's not that long until September is it? This being the case our mind inevitably turn, as night follows the not-quite-night-thing, to our new season in 2011/2012. However from this September we have a new venue. Circumstances mean we must leave our current rehearsal venue - Queen's Drive Methodist Church - for pastures new, and we thank all the folks at the church for all their support in recent years. Our new rehearsal venue, from 6th September is:

Don't forget that tonight, Tuesday 12th July 2011, is the Swindon Gilbert and Sullivan Society AGM. We meet at 8.00pm at the Queens Drive Methodist Church for a prompt start. As usual we're on the look-out for Society Officers so why not consider joining the committee...?
