WS Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan collaborated on fourteen comic operas between 1871 and 1896.
Since 1969 the Swindon Gilbert and Sullivan Society have been performing their works to audiences in and around Swindon and beyond. The society consists of an enthusiastic and talented pool of people who range in age from their 20s to 70s who pride themselves on bringing these works to life for modern audiences. Join us!
We'd love to hear from you if you'd like to join us, all you need to bring is your enthusiam, your commitment, and most importantly - yourself!
Don't want to perform? We are always on the lookout for help backstage (anything from prompting to building sets) or front-of-house selling programmes and tickets. Are you a musician? Our Musical Director is always on the look-out for talented players. So come along and join us of a Tuesday!

We meet at the Wroughton Workingmen's Club Devizes Road, Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire SN4 0SA (see map below) every Tuesday at 7.30pm between September and March.
